Eligibility: The Fly Fishing Film Tour 2023 Promotion (the “Promotion”) will be advertised at selected Fly Fishing Film National Tour stop screenings (“Event”) in the United States. Promotion consists of a contest of skill (“Contest”) and a prize draw (“Prize Draw”). Refer to the details below to learn how to enter the Contest and qualify for the Prize Draw.

Promotion starts at 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on 3/2/23 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on 6/30/23 (“Promotion Entry Period”).

Promotion is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, age 18 or older at time of entry. Employees of Adventure Entertainment Americas LLC (“Sponsor”), and its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, Tour venues, prize suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies involved in this Promotion and their immediate family members and/or those living in same household of each are not eligible to enter or win. Promotion governed by U.S. law. Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

HOW TO ENTER THE CONTEST: During the Promotion Entry Period, scan the QR code or visit the URL provided when you are at a participating Event and follow the onscreen instructions to: select the Event you are attending or the Event closest to the city you reside in and answer the Contest question and submit your Contest entry. Your answer to the Contest question cannot exceed 100 words. Limit one (1) Contest entry per person.

All Contest entries will be judged by a panel of representatives from the Sponsor who will score such entries between July 1, 2023 band July 14, 2023 based on the following judging criteria:
(a) differentiation from other entries 50% (originality, enthusiasm, unique approach or point of view); and
(b) clarity of communication 50%.
The highest scoring Contest entry will be determined the potential Grand Prize winner. The next highest scoring entry will be determined the potential First Prize winner, and the subsequent highest scoring entries will be determined the potential winners of the next level of prizes. All Contest winners are subject to verification by the Sponsor. See Contest Prizes section below.

Tied entries: In the event of a tie, the Contest entry from among the tied entries with the highest score for differentiation will win. In the event of further ties, the judging panel will make the final determination as to which Contest entry will win. The decision of the judges shall be final and binding.

Your Contest entry must be the 100% of your original creation, in English, and must communicate messages consistent with the brand values of Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right to award fewer than the stated number of Contest Prizes, including the option not to award any prize, if, in its sole and absolute discretion, it does not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified entries.

Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Contest entries by using multiple identities or different email addresses or any other methods will void such entrant’s Contest entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated program to enter will result in disqualification. All Contest entries become Sponsor’s property and will not be returned or acknowledged. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, or misdirected Contest entries.

CONTEST PRIZES:
Prizes & their Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”): A total of seven (7) Contest prizes will be awarded.

This boat package will be displayed at all participating Events and awarded as-is which does not include any warranty. Grand Prize winner is responsible to check that the drift boat complies with the regulatory requirements in the state where the winner intends to use. By accepting the prize, winner agrees and understands that the winner must pick up the boat prize located at or near the last Event at winner’s own expense. If the boat prize is not picked-up by winner within 30 days of notification, winner shall forfeit all rights to the prize. Sponsor will not be responsible for any damage or losses that may occur during the Contest Entry Period or while in storage waiting to be picked up by winner.

One (1) First Prize: A 2-nights stay for winner and one (1) guest at Flying B Ranch located on the Middle Fork of the Salmon River, Idaho. First Prize ARV: up to $10,000; consists of:

• Air transportation from McCall Aviation to the lodge.
• 2 nights lodging, double occupancy standard room only.
• Guided fishing (subject to availability and weather conditions).

Not Included: air or ground transportation to/from McCall Aviation, fishing equipment or license. First Prize must be taken by June 30, 2024.

One (1) Second Prize: A 7-nights stay for winner and one (1) guest at Top Choice Bonefish Lodge located on the Acklins Island, Bahamas. Second Prize ARV: $5,990; consists of:

• Spring Point Airport ground transportation to the lodge.
• 7 nights lodging, double occupancy standard room only.
• Standard meals and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Guided fishing (subject to availability and weather conditions).

Not Included: air or ground transportation to/from Spring Point Airport, overnight in Nassau, Bahamas, fishing equipment, tackle, flies, alcohol, or fishing license ($25 per angler). Note: flights to Spring Point, Acklins only operate on Wednesday’s and Saturday’s. Second Prize must be booked by the end of 2023 and travel is valid for any available week Wednesday-Wednesday or Saturday-Saturday between October 2023 and October 2024.
One (1) Third Prize: A 5-nights stay for winner and one (1) guest in Northern Iceland. Third Prize ARV: $5,500; consists of:

• Ground transportation from either Akureyri or Husavik airport to the lodge.
• 5 nights lodging, double occupancy standard room only.
• Standard meals and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Guided fishing (subject to availability and weather conditions, fishing available in April or May only).

Not Included: air or ground transportation to/from Akureyri or Husavik airport. Third Prize must be booked with 6-months advance notice and taken by May 31, 2024.
One (1) Fourth Prize: A ROAM Vagabond Rooftop Tent. Fourth Prize ARV: $2,200. This Rooftop Tent will be displayed at all participating Events and awarded as-is which does not include any warranty. Fourth Prize winner is responsible to pick up the Rooftop Tent prize located at or near the last Event at winner’s own expense. If the Rooftop Tent prize is not picked-up by winner within 30 days of notification, winner shall forfeit all rights to the prize. Sponsor will not be responsible for any damage or losses that may occur during the Contest Entry Period or while in storage waiting to be picked up by winner.

One (1) Fifth Prize: A Simms Fishing package. Fifth Prize ARV: $1,259.65; consists of the following items:

• 1 Mens Freestone jacket black (size and style selection are at Sponsor’s sole discretion)

One (1) Sixth Prize: A YETI package. Sixth Prize ARV: $1,130; consists of the following items:

Additional detail on all Contest prizes: All prizes are not transferable or refundable, no substitution and not redeemable for cash or credit, in whole or in part. Each prize must be accepted as awarded. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If winner decides not to accept a portion of the prize, that portion of the prize will not be awarded. Restrictions and blackout dates apply and subject to availability for the trip/stay prize. The Sponsor is not responsible for any flight or transportation delay/cancellation, and not liable for any expenses incurred because of such delay/cancellation. Accommodations before and following the trip/stay will not be provided. All applicable taxes, airport charges, baggage fees, travel or medical insurance, equipment rentals, alcohol purchases, gratuities, other incidental expenses are not included and will be each winner’s and their guest’s responsibility. Actual value of each trip prize depends on price offer at time of booking. If actual value of any prize is less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded. Once the trip is booked or prize voucher/prize supplier contact information is provided to the winner, Sponsor will be deemed to have awarded the prize to the winner and such winner assumes full responsibility for the prize. If a winner is unable to travel for any reason after the trip/stay is booked, then he/she/they will forfeit all rights to the prize and the Sponsor shall have no further obligations to such winner and his/her/their guest. If fishing is not available due to poor weather conditions or any mechanical breakdown or any injury after winner embarks, the Sponsor’s sole responsibility will be to award the remaining elements of the prize, no credit or refund be allowed. Winner and his/her/their guest must travel together on same itinerary. Winners and their guests are responsible for obtaining proper valid travel documentation (e.g., valid passport, visa, photo ID, etc.) prior to travel. Winner and guest must comply with any customs and immigration requirements. It is recommended that the winner and guest obtain sufficient personal travel insurance prior to departure. Sponsor will not replace lost or stolen travel documents. Guest must be a legal resident of the United States and complete/return a Liability/Publicity Release prior to travel. Where applicable, if a guest is a minor [in his/her/their state of primary residence], winner must be the guest’s parent who must execute the required travel documents on behalf of a traveling minor. Minor must be accompanied by a parent throughout the trip. Prize will be forfeited if not redeemed by the specified expiration date. Prize will not be awarded if the Sponsor is unable to verify a winner after diligent effort is made prior to 8/31/23. A trip winner (and guest, where applicable) understand and agree that travel is inherently dangerous due to contagious and communicable disease; and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, each assumes any and all risks of illness or injury which may arise directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from prize related travel and activities. Additionally, trip winner and guest understand and agree that, in response to economic and/or social conditions mandated by authorized personnel, Sponsor and/or prize supplier may be compelled to cancel the trip prize with little (if any) advanced notice.

Contest Winners’ Determination & Notification: All potential Contest winners will be notified on or about July 17, 2023 by email will be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit/Declaration of Eligibility & Liability, and where permissible, a Publicity Release (“Affidavit”), within 7 days of date specified on notification. If an Affidavit is returned as undeliverable, or if a potential Contest winner failed to execute and return the Affidavit or any required document within the specified time period, or if a winner cannot accept or receive prize for any reason, or he/she has not complied with these Official Rules, it will result in disqualification, and corresponding prize may be awarded to an alternate winner with the next highest scoring entry.

HOW TO QUALIFY FOR THE PRIZE DRAW: Your submitted Contest entry will automatically be eligible for the selected Event’s Prize Draw. Online entries received will automatically be included in the Prize Draw for which it qualifies. Entries received for a given Event’s Prize Draw will not qualify for subsequent Event’s Prize Draws.

For the purposes of this Promotion, each Prize Draw entry period begins at the beginning of a participating Event and ends before the intermission of that same Event that takes place within the Contest Entry Period.

A random drawing will be conducted from all entries received during the corresponding Event’s Prize Draw entry period within 30 minutes after the conclusion of each Prize Draw entry period. Prize Draw winners will be randomly selected and announced during the intermission of the corresponding Event or contacted via email. Unclaimed Prize Draw prizes will not be awarded. Neither Sponsor nor its designated agents assume responsibility for third parties’ failure to act in accordance with Sponsor’s instructions pertaining to implementation of the Prize Draw.

PRIZE DRAW PRIZES:
Prizes: A total of up to five (5) Prize Draw prizes will be awarded at each of the Event. Prize items may vary at each Event’s Prize Draw, for illustrative purposes only – prize items such as a fishing rod or hat or tumbler or t-shirt. Maximum ARV of all Prize Draw prizes at each Event: up to $2,000. Limit one (1) Prize Draw prize per entrant.

Odds: Odds of winning a Prize Draw prize depends on number of eligible entries received for each Event’s Prize Draw.

Additional detail on all Prize Draw prizes: Prize Draw prizes are not transferable or refundable, no substitution and not redeemable for cash or credit, in whole or in part. Each Prize Draw prize must be accepted as awarded. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

The following applies to the Contest and Prize Draw:
Prize images depicted in advertising and promotional materials in the Promotion may vary from the actual prize and any depiction of a prize is for illustrative purposes only and may not reflect the images of the actual prize won. The trademarks associated with prizes are the property of their respective owners. No prize substitutions permitted, except if a prize (or a portion of the prize) is unavailable, in which case a prize of comparable or greater value will be awarded at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, local and income taxes. Winners maybe required to furnish his/her Social Security number to the Sponsor and an IRS Form 1099 will be filed in the name of winner for the value of the prize. Entry and acceptance of prize constitute permission for Sponsor to use any winner’s name, prize won, photograph/video/comment, hometown and likeness for online posting and promotional purposes without further approval, compensation, permission or notification, except where prohibited by law.

Conditions: Participating entrants agree to these Official Rules and decisions of judges and Sponsor; and release Sponsor and its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, Event venues, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers and all other businesses involved in this Promotion, as well as: employees, officers, directors and agents of each, from all claims and liability relating to their participation, acceptance and use of any prize won (if verified a winner). In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with the Promotion as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control, including but not limited to fire, flood, hurricane, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, or any federal, state, or local government law/regulation, Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend, extend or terminate the Promotion. Entrants waive all rights to trial in any action in connection with this Promotion. Any claims arising out of or relating to this Promotion shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any of such claims shall be arbitrated on an individual basis. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of New York, City of New York. Winners assume all liability for any injury (including death) or damage caused or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Promotion or use and/or misuse or redemption of any prize awarded. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in printing of offer, administration of Promotion or in announcement of prizes. Sponsor may prohibit any entrant from participating in the Promotion, if such entrant shows a disregard for these Official Rules; acts with an intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrant, Sponsor, or Sponsor’s agents or representatives; or behaves in any other disruptive manner (as determined by Sponsor or its agent in their sole discretion).

The Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged or illegible entries; or for (ii) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof; or for (iii) any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the Promotion. By participating in the Promotion, you (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.
