TOUR-WIDE PRIZES

Attendees of the Fly Fishing Film Tour (“TOUR”) will have the opportunity to enter a prize draw and win various prizes. Both National Tour and Independent Promoter screenings will feature a selection of nightly prizes provided by our partners.

The Fly Fishing Film Tour (“F3T”) Tour-Wide Prize Pool will be awarded at the conclusion of the TOUR to participants who provide the best responses to the designated question on the official entry form.

The total value of the Tour-Wide Prize Pool will be announced at a later date.

Eligibility

The Fly Fishing Film Tour 2025 Promotion (the “Promotion”) will be conducted at selected Fly Fishing Film Tour National Tour screening events (“Events”) within the United States. The Promotion consists of (i) a contest of skill (“Contest”) and (ii) a random prize draw (“Prize Draw”), as described herein.

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Adventure Entertainment Americas LLC (the “Sponsor”), its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, Event venues, advertising and promotional agencies, prize suppliers, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective household members) of each are not eligible to enter or win.

The Promotion is governed by U.S. law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

How to Enter the Contest

During the Promotion Entry Period, attendees must scan the QR code or visit the URL provided at a participating Event. Follow the on-screen instructions to:

1. Select the Event you are attending (or the Event nearest to your residence);
2. Answer the Contest question; and
3. Submit your Contest entry.

Limit one (1) Contest entry per person. Any attempt to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple identities, email addresses, or any other method will result in disqualification. Automated entries are prohibited.

All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. The Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, misdirected, or incomplete entries.

Contest Prize Details

All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash or credit, in whole or in part. Prizes must be accepted as awarded. All prize details are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. If a winner declines or forfeits a portion of a prize, that portion will not be awarded.

Restrictions, blackout dates, and availability apply to any travel- or stay-related prizes. The Sponsor is not responsible for flight or transportation delays, cancellations, or any related expenses. Accommodation before or after travel is not included.

All applicable taxes, airport fees, baggage charges, insurance, gratuities, rentals, alcohol purchases, and incidental expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner and any guest. Prize values may vary depending on booking conditions; no difference will be awarded if the actual value is less than the approximate retail value (ARV).

Once travel is booked or prize supplier information is provided, the Sponsor’s obligations are deemed fulfilled. Failure or inability to travel after booking will result in forfeiture of the prize without further obligation by the Sponsor.

Winners and guests must travel together on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining valid travel documents (passport, visa, photo ID, etc.). Sponsor is not responsible for lost or stolen documents. Guests must be legal U.S. residents and will be required to sign a Liability/Publicity Release prior to travel.

If the guest is a minor, the winner must be the minor’s parent or legal guardian and accompany the minor for the entire trip. Prizes must be redeemed by the stated expiration date or will be forfeited.

All travel is undertaken at the participant’s own risk, including risks of illness, injury, or travel disruptions. Sponsor and prize suppliers reserve the right to cancel or modify travel prizes as required by law or circumstances beyond their control.

Contest Winner Selection and Notification

Potential Contest winners will be notified on or about October 1, 2026, via email, and will be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit/Declaration of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to return required documentation, accept the prize, or comply with these Official Rules will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.

How to Qualify for the Prize Draw

All Contest entries automatically qualify for the Prize Draw associated with the selected Event. Entries for one Event do not roll over into future Prize Draws.

Each Event’s Prize Draw entry period begins at the start of the Event and ends prior to intermission. Prize Draw winners will be randomly selected and announced during the Event’s intermission.

Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. The Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for errors or omissions made by third parties in administering the Prize Draw.

Prize Draw Prizes

Prize items may vary by Event and may include, for illustrative purposes only, items such as a fishing rod, hat, tumbler, or t-shirt.

Maximum ARV of all Prize Draw prizes per Event: up to $2,000.

Limit one (1) Prize Draw prize per entrant.

Odds of Winning: depend on the number of eligible entries received for each Event.

General Terms (Applicable to Contest and Prize Draw)

Images of prizes shown in promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from actual prizes awarded. All trademarks associated with prize items are the property of their respective owners.

No substitutions are permitted, except if a prize or any portion thereof becomes unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. Winners may be required to provide their Social Security number for tax reporting, and an IRS Form 1099 will be issued for the value of the prize.

By entering and accepting a prize, participants grant the Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, hometown, and entry materials for promotional purposes without further notice or compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Entrants release the Sponsor, its affiliates, Event venues, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and their respective employees, officers, and agents from any liability arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

If the Promotion is affected by an event beyond the Sponsor’s control (including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, acts of God, or governmental actions), the Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or terminate the Promotion.

Entrants waive all rights to a jury trial in any action related to this Promotion. All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, to be conducted in New York, New York, on an individual basis.

The Sponsor is not responsible for typographical or technical errors in the administration or announcement of the Promotion. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or abusive manner.

Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be used in accordance with the consent provided at the time of entry and the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

Notice to Online Entrants

In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an online entrant, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the “Authorized Account Holder” of the email address used at the time of entry. The Authorized Account Holder is defined as the natural person assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider or other entity responsible for assigning email addresses.

Entries that are incomplete, altered, generated by automated means, or otherwise tampered with are void. The Sponsor is not responsible for (i) lost, late, or misdirected entries; (ii) technical errors or malfunctions; or (iii) damage to entrants’ devices arising from participation.

By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules and accept the Sponsor’s decisions as final. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.

LEGAL WARNING: Any attempt to deliberately damage, tamper with, or interfere with the operation of this Promotion constitutes a violation of criminal and civil laws. The Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and pursue all available legal remedies against any individual engaging in such conduct to the fullest extent permitted by law.
