FLY FISHING FILM TOUR
RISE Fly Fishing Film Tour (F3T)
RISE Fly Fishing Film Tour (F3T) is back in 2026 with a fresh lineup of the year’s best fly fishing films — hand-picked from around the globe and brought to the big screen in cities, towns, and fishing communities across Australia and New Zealand.
This year’s program delivers cinematic stories from salt to fresh, close to home and far off the map — all capturing the passion, places, and people that make fly fishing more than just a sport. You’ll meet characters who fish hard, care deeply, and share their adventures with humour, honesty, and heart.
Roosterfish explode from the surf like living legends, combs flaring, bars flashing, every eat a shot of adrenaline that leaves even seasoned anglers breathless.
Rooster Fly Project
Yukon Resurrection follows the LaFave Family, who trace back their fishing lodge lineage nearly a century to the patriarch’s return from WWI with one lung lost to the mustard gas.
Yukon Resurrection
The Jane Project follows Kara Armano from the Colorado riverbanks
Carried by the Current (The Jane Project)
Grasshopper follows Jackson Murray’s uprooting from the fishing paradise of Cairns to the urban sprawl of Melbourne
